BACK ON LINE....
Well... I'm back online again, didn't have internet for about four days thanks to some pretty heavy land slides in the area that I live in. Hard to describe what has happened here in Bandung earlier this week, crazy, crazy heavy rains, floodings that were unbelievable, never seen anything like it in the 20 years that I have been living in Indonesia and we can only hope that this will not happen again....

More original photographs. I have no idea who took them, these are original prints taken during the late 50's and early 60's in and around Bandung.... These four photographs were taken during a party in a village somewhere around Bandung.....

Children playing Angklung music in a village. On the back the name Udjo is written, I think the man leading the children might be the famous angklung player Pak Udjo and you can still visit his place every day, they have beautiful performances there....

Got my hands on some amazing original photographs today. All of these were taken in 1964 and 1965... This photograph.... Warnasari, Desa Progresip Revolusioner.... I don't even want to think about what probably happened to these people when the great slaughter began in 1965.....

BACK IN INDONESIA....
Well I'm back in Indonesia after a wonderful month in Holland, did one performance that went great, nice bands, I was playing loads of jaipong music and people loved it, lots of dancing going on, looks like I'll be doing that every time I'm in Holland from now on.... No internet for a month, seeing loads and loads of comments here, mostly the same old re-up requests, ignoring all of those, most of my collection is still in storage, working on that soon.... Anyway, it's good to be back and I've got quiet a few good things to share.....
