Here's Kenyon Hopkins incredible 1958 album Shock, just amazing, horror-jazz, and it took me years to find this album, it's very, very rare (Thanks Lex!!!) ...
It was released under the name Creed Taylor Orchestra but there actually never really was a Creed Taylor Orchestra, Creed Taylor was always the producer but as Hopkins was under exclusive contract with Capital Records at the time they decided to release all the albums they did together under the name The Creed Taylor Orchestra.....
