Thank YOU, Henk. Tetty was brilliant. Most of her albums were excellent, but some are as though it's a completely different singer altogether, & is lacking the great production & musicianship that are apparent on most of these great posts here. Could it be there was a poor imposter?
Welcome Timmy, just my opinion but I think that in the 80's Indonesian pop music mostly turned to shit, and for me, it's those albums from her that, well... suck really, guys like A. Ryanto, Pance, Rinto Harahap and others were putting out albums like crazy and since royalties were not common, artists etc. were only paid per album they were putting out as much as they could resulting in more and more crap really.... Just my two cents :)
