I have written about this before,NAGASHI means Human Jukebox,Guitar in his hand, taking customer requests, mainly sings Enka hits.
Hence, this album is a the collection of famous some kind of Enka songs(This time Yazuka/Mafia songs. You can call Gangster Enka).
Due to the widespread use of karaoke ,Nagashi disappeared from Honky Tonk.

Harumi MIyako (Harumi,北村春美; 2 February 1948-), born in Kyoto, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan, is a Japanese female singer-songwriter, born to a Korean father in Japan and a Japanese mother.

    History
    Childhood
Influenced by her mother's love of performing arts, Harumi was assigned to learn Japanese dance and ballet at the age of five, and then began to be taught ryori and ballads by her mother on the 6th day of the 6th month of the 6th year of her life. When she was a young girl, she dropped out of Noyo Girls' High School with the intention of becoming a singer.

    Singer Period
In 1964, Harumi released her first single as a singer, ‘Trouble’ (困るのことヨ). Her third single of the same year, ‘Island Girl's Camellia is a Flower of Love’ (アンコ椿は恋の花) was well received, and she won the New Artist Award at the 6th Japan Record Awards.

In 1973, Harumi transferred her agency to SunMusic Production (サンミュージックプロダクション), and three years later won the 18th Japan Record Awards for her work on the song ‘From the North Inn’ (自北旅店) (北の宿から). After winning the Most Outstanding Vocal Performance Award at the 22nd Japan Record Awards for the 1980 single ‘Osaka Shigure’ (大阪時雨),[5] he became the first artist to ever win three honours at the Japan Record Awards: a Newcomer Award, a Grand Prize, and the Most Outstanding Vocal Performance Award.
