I'm not sure the album and this cover are the same, the cover describes many traditional Chinese songs, while these are mostly pop tune covers in Chinese, with both tracks 5 and 6 being Nancy Sinatra's Boots Are Made For Walking, track 4 is a cover of As Tears Go By, 14 is Peter Paul and Mary's 500 miles, 11 and 12 are traditional Chinese songs. So this may be one of those pieced together bootleg albums as in that article I sent to you.
This is fun, track 3 is a cover of the Tune Weavers' Happy Happy Birthday Baby, track 1-2 are the same artist, also sound like American pop or doo-wop covers, 8,9,13 are Chinese folk songs done cha-cha style (13 is a really well known Chinese standard)
