Yeah, nation wide, and now, since 2 days or so everything seems to have quieted down, but who knows anymore, all media and specially social media is heavily censored now.... loads of provocateurs, 'outside influences', names being thrown around like Soros, China and Russia... Personally, I'm more worried about the code red we are living under now. The Lembang Fault Line and me and my family live right on top of it, one of the more dangerous hot spots, Parongpong.....
Well, internet connection has been terrible here for quite a while now, sometimes hours no connection sometimes whole days.... BRICS.... I don't look at that as something that will make life for the average person any better... I was driving through Bandung today, the "hotspots" were all very quiet and cleaned up.... Warning issued.... between now and three weeks the big one coming, earthquake. A 7 they say (and "they" are the meteorological and geological institutes etc.) If that happens the area where I live will be obliterated, totally, completely. Like I wrote earlier, Lembang Fault Line and we live right on top of it in what is called one of the most dangerous areas....Thinking about maybe putting all the cassettes in plastic boxes, stop blogging for a while, at least till this is over, at least try to safe some of the collection lah.... Might catch up on that by now very long list of books to read :)

There's a lot of these "world enders" active, World wide, in America too, Yellow Stone one of them, but yeah, where I live, the Ring of Fire.... Around 16 years ago it was happening A LOT here, earth quakes, we had a 7.8, that one originated in the ocean some 200 miles from here and we were holding on to a tree, the ground was liquefying, incredibly scare and lucky our house didn't go that time.... Lake Toba in Sumatera is actually what was left after a super volcano went off that had world wide implications, just like Krakatau also in Sumatera.... Scary, scary stuff....
Have the riots in Jakarta spread nationwide? Be careful.

There's no way You could upload audio during the riot.The fact that Jakarta is the hub of BRICS is a rather suspicious development.Thanks

ReplyDeleteI too had a similar experience two weeks ago with a tsunami warning. I pray nothing happens.You need huge metal box to save the music.
