This question is a bit unrelated to the above link. I really enjoy your Gambus posts. Do you know the best cities in Indonesia (or even Malaysia) to find Gambus music being played, or to find Gambus records? I'm interested in live performances or just records.
no idea where you can see gambus live and as far as records go, it's all emptied out, i hardly ever find anything anymore these days, not only foreigners buying these days but indonesians are buying like crazy in the last 3 or 4 years....
