Great album from Frank Nagai, this one came out in 1960 and many thanks to visitors Paris Artistic Store and Zopa Zay for letting me know who this artist is!!! Thanks guys (and you too Dolmance :) )

He was actor too. He played in the first (or second) Imamura Shôhei film imosed by the major. So Imamura didn't like him, what he represent, the classical style or begining of show business but Imamura wanted to develop his style in a Nouvelle Vague Way.
I like very much Frank Nagai or Ishihara Yûjirô. But for our generation which saw them very often in tv in the 70's or 80's saw in them show business, whisky and vulgarity.
Haha with a different experience we don't see the same thing for the same people.
