Sigh....

Well.... I cannot get anything uploaded anymore.... Tried Zippyshare many, many times, soon as I start the upload it shows a ridiculous upload speed, 88441kb/s (I'm normally around 20 to 30 kb/s), goes to 100% uploaded and ten stops totally.... Tried Mediafire many, many times and every time I get a failure message # 502...

Never had so many problems as in the last month, almost as if I'm being targeted or something.....

Sigh....

  1. really sorry to hear this, henk--for your sake, and selfishly for mine. sounds like an issue with your computer or isp. try uploading to wetransfer just to see what happens.

  2. Thanks Erasmus, I will try this, really, really very tired of this, fixing my comp means bringing it with the motor to the city (I live in a small village some 20 k outside Bandung), been to the same place twice and I've got a feeling that those guys use pirated software, windows etc that's just full of viruses, maybe.... I'll see what wetransfer does first lah....

  4. not sure, but the one very good thing that it indicates is that you don't have a personal problem. i've seen complaints recently about zippy becoming intermittently problematic, so let's hope things clear up and return to normal

  5. Guess I first go to my provider tomorrow then... It's not just zippy but mediafire too and mediafire usually is pretty reliable... Also the cbox on this site will NOT load, it'a just weird all around....

  6. Try Ti1ca ; never had any problem with this one, it's pretty reliable, the files uploaded on it seem to stay forever and there's not much pop-ups / ads.

  7. i just tried ti1ca.com and it works but kind of a hassle. it has a 50mb limit per file. so you have to split files and would have to post like this:

  9. Thanks :) But I'm not out of the woods yet, today it's the same problem nothing will upload....

Ti1ca will be too much of a hassle for me, breaking up downloads, way too much work as I'm doing mostly cassettes, too busy today, will try to go to the providers office tomorrow see what they can do for me....

  10. just to clarify, with spit files, you record as normal, 7zip--or whatever you use to compress the files--does the splitting for you. the hassle comes with the uploading part--which with ti1ca at least--you have to do one at a time.
