She's such a weird girl. A huge talent too, at least in my book, especially because she's so unique. I don't think many people appreciate she writes most of her stuff, and she's one of those artists you recognize within seconds. I'd have loved her to hook up with Jaco Pastorius. Oh, and, well, I have a bit of a crush on her too.
That's funny you mention jaco :) I was just talking about him, saw him live around '86, well... saw him live... he stepped on the podium, collapsed, was carried away and never came back, drunk as a skunk :) And yes sir, cute as hell, Yao, not Jaco, I'm a huge fan :)
I get upset every time I think about his passing. Smacked in the head by an enormous bouncer who could have had a career in the ring, hitting this little guy with the bone structure of a little girl, but WHAT A TALENT. I still mourn him.
