Been trying to find info about them but, although they released quiet a few albums I can't find any info... weird....

ReplyDeleteFor real??? That's crazy, when I was recording this I was thinking...but... but... that's Yao Su Rong??? And it turns out I was right??? Wow.... I gotta try and read about this group, I'm a HUGE Yao Su Rong fan :)
ReplyDeleteThis is also the first time i seen that Yao Su Rong pair up with a group from Singapore. Cai Mi Mi was a young artist i have a few of EPs well many Singaporeans 45 RPM records went without a trace。 Well i have friends who managed to trace down Simon Junior and The Melodians band members those surviving ones those who have pass they have contact with their family members.
DeleteTurns out 五花瓣 group was from Taiwan. They recorded with many Taiwanese including Xie Lei Yao Su Rong. Many taiwanese bands and singers they have Singaporean releases that's why without the internet i actually thought they were from Singapore.
DeleteVery interesting, saw another ep from them, unfortunately it had the wrong ep in it, they had quiet an output, loads of albums on discogs
