Here's an off beat cha cha ep from Maurice Patton and The Melodians, this came out in 1966... And this band was so important. They, together with singer Wong Ching Yian, were the ones that developed and pioneered the Off Beat Cha Cha and A Go Go genres, mixing old Chinese songs with Western rock 'n' roll music and it became like a fire storm sweeping all over South East Asia and beyond....
