Here's an album from Mexican singer/actress Irma Vila who was famous in the late 40's, 50's and 60's. She was born in 1916 and passed away in 1993, she was also known as Irma Vila Irma Vila y su Mariachi....
yeah, i was very lucky, one place i often go, they had 5 metal boxes full with records, all from an indonesian man who lived in the US for many years and i guess he passed away, a lot of the latin stuff and some exotica i've been posting recently came from those boxes :)
I'm surprised to find someone locating an Irma Vila album in West Java. Hell, she's not that easy to find in Mexico these days.
