I've no idea what kind of movie this is, but this album certainly had some good moments I think, if I was still making music I would've sampled quite a bit from it....
Kadokawa Films started in the late 70s. They spent a lot of money on advertising in all media, and it was almost a pollution. So I have no good memories of it. But there is a possibility that a crazy Dutchman will listen to the records that were exiled to the south and make a cool track. The future is unpredictable.
The original novel is a classic. Nanso Satomi Hakkenden (Nansō Satomi Hakkenden, old characters: Nanso Satomi Hakkenden) is a long novel and late reader written by Kyokutei Bakin in the late Edo period. It is also called Satomi Hakkenden or simply Hakkenden.
Publication began in 1814 (Bunka 11) and was completed in 1842 (Tenpo 13), a large-scale work of 98 volumes and 106 books, over a period of 28 years. Along with Ueda Akinari's Ugetsu Monogatari, it is a masterpiece of Edo period fiction and one of the classics of Japanese long fantasy novels.
Thanks for the info :) As far as still making music.... At least the sample based music I've done from around '86 till around 2019.... Nah, done with that I think :)
