Normally I only post my own rips on this blog but I'm happy to make an exception for AKA, one of my favorite Indonesian bands. Visitor Anon send me a whole bunch of their albums and I think these albums should be heard! Here's their early 70's album SKYRIDER....
AKA is an acronym of Apotik Kali Asin (Kali Asin Pharmacy), the place where Ucok Harahap and his band AKA practiced, Ucok's parents owned the place. They put out their first album in 1971 (Do What You Like) and this album, Skyrider came out in 1973....
