Yep, movie soundtrack from a 1971 Hong Kong movie. The English title is either "My Beloved" or "My Nightmare". A little hard to find info on this, as Jacky Cheung had an album in 1988 with the same Chinese title.

Sorry, forgot to transcribe the Chinese title. It's 昨夜梦魂中．The stars of the movie are Hu Yan Ni ( 胡燕妮 ) and Zeng Jiang ( 曾江 ).
