I think it's time for me to give you some Jopi R. Item albums!!! Jopi Reinhard Item was born in Manado in 1950 and he is still active. A guitar player, he started in the early 60's and he played with Eka Sapta, jack Lesmana, he was the bandleader in Band 4 Nada before A. Ryanto joined that group, jazz, blues, rock, pop, dangdut, he's done it all!!
Here's a lounge album he did with his old band De Galaxies and organ player Rully Djohan. Check out the great track Bubuj Bulan where Jopi plays the sitar!!!
