Here's an album from the great Beverly Kinney, such a great, great voice, she committed suicide in April, 1960, aged 28, such a tragic loss.... This is the original 1959 pressing....
I never heard of Beverly until this post, and, oh, my. I heard this one, then went and got another. I guess there are six in all. I'm told she's still huge in Japan. She's certainly 'huge' with me. Hopefully I'll have it all before the month is out.
From what I understand she released 6 albums altogether but there are also some albums with unreleased material only released in japan, and yes, she's amazing :)
