DEDEH WININGSIH & SAMPURNA GROUP - KALAKAY MUNTANG II
Great jaipong cassette from Dedeh Winingsih and the Sampurna Group.... Got a few more tapes from Dedeh Winingsih but they need cleaning/repairs so I will post those later lah.....
Thank you very much for all of these Dedeh Winingsih's tapes....Great music! sometimes absolutely stunning. Dedeh Komala tape is also really interesting, do you have an idea of the recording date?
There's almost never a date on those tapes but mostly produced in the late 70's and 80's, by the time the 90's arrived the jaipong craze was in decline, most people, specially young people (and Indonesia is a nation of mostly young people) just wanted to hear Western sounds....
