Can't find much about this one, I did find out that this is a singer called Tracy Huang, from Singapore, and it came out on Kolin Records which was one of those Taiwanese record companies that were cranking out bootlegs....

Funny thing is that Kolin Records in the 90s did release it's own company songs with Taiwanese Singers. I recall Jacky Wu was inside this company i not sure if this two companies were the same or just the same name but different company
