Narasi Seni Ganjar Kurnia was an event with and about writer and poet Ganjar Kurnia who was also a teacher at Padjadjaran University, his poetry and writings were performed accompanied with Sundanese traditional music and loads of musicians, singers and dancers from the traditional music scene. This event was held in 2015.... All the lyrics on this cd written by Ganjar Kurnia, all music by Ubun Kubarsah. Vocals by Dini Andrianti, Ujang Supriatna, Elis Rosliani, Rosyanti, Mustika Iman, Neneng Dinar, Nova Aksmiranti and Tedi S. Diar..... Truly amazing music on this album...... GET IT HERE Enjoy!

WAWAN GROUP - JAIPONGAN

Well, I've still have all these old vcd's lying around, they used to sell loads of these in certain places all over West Java but nowadays you won't find them anymore.... Usually made with the cheapest quality cd's, often they wouldn't work at all and usually they don't last long. Basically these were put out by the various jaipong groups as a way of promoting themselves and usually you'll see their contact information appearing on the screen. I want to slowly look which ones are still working and convert them (mpegav to mp4, quite a bit of work) and post them on my youtube channel. Most of them are between 15 to 10 years old and it would be a waste if they would get lost I think.... Starting with a few songs from the Wawan Group from the beautiful city of Subang, not far from where I live.... Enjoy!
