you're right, this is fantastic. have you ever thought of adding a native Indonesian collaborator who could provide translation or summary of the meaning of the lyrical content of the music you share?
ReplyDeleteNah this is strictly a one man operation :) Besides, these tapes are in the Cirebon dialect which is way different from Sundanese and Javanese, a kind of mix between those actually, then there are Sundanese tapes, Javanese tapes, often stuff from Sumatera, all different languages, not dialects but languages, there's around 360 different languages spoken in Indonesia, 10.000nds of dialects....
