Tsugaru Heiya’ (津軽平野) is a single by Masao Sen, released on 25 March 1984. The lyrics and music were written by Ikuzou Yoshi and arranged by Kyo Kensuke. It was sung at the 35th NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen that year.

The director in charge of the song, Kiichi Hasegawa (Tokuma Japan), suggested incorporating the shakuhachi flute in the introduction, but Kyo decided to use the oboe because he thought it was too conventional and boring[2].
The chorus was handled by the Kazuko Kawashima Trio .
When Yoshi first made the song, the tentative title was ‘Odo’ .
