GER VAN LEEUWEN - MUSIC OF MALAYSIA IN MODERN MOOD




In the early 60's Dutch arranger/conductor Ger Van Leeuwen was commissioned to breathe new life to a selection of traditional Malaysian folk songs for an album titled Malaysia In A Modern Mood. Here's the result, Malaysian folk songs mixed with classical music and latin rhythms....
