And thanks again ! Do you find those for cheap? Always wondered looking at prices on discogs, they're often exorbitant, are you actually loaded ^^ or do sellers on discogs take huge margin just cause it's from Asia
15, 20 years ago yes, dirt cheap as it was considered garbage back then, now there's almost nothing more to find, the bits that are found are bought up mostly by elite kids and they sell it for crazy prices at discogs, they'll buy it for say between 3 dollars and 15 dollars depending on what it is and then they try to sell it for 10 times that, often even more, it's ridiculous.... And no I am not loaded, hardly buy anything anymore because there's just nothing to buy anymore plus I can't afford the prices they're asking these days, I only still buy cassettes but those are extremely hard to find too now, for the most part I re-post stuff, dead links, and stuff I didn't post yet but that's been in the collection for years just never got around to posting it yet.... It's probably the same with records from Africa, South America etc. ....
"And no I am not loaded" I figured ;) "hardly buy anything anymore" The pros and the cons of internet and vinyls coming back to trend, you can buy almost anything from anywhere but people'd rather sell to the other side of the world to elitists for a fortune... Don't know much about south america but yes for African and South east asian stuff the prices are often hard to believe and it's even sadder knowing artists didn't see the color of that money... Thanks even more for sharing those rarities with us. Cheers
Sry me again, if you still have it laying around would love a re-up of the masa depan album of emilia contessa, i wasn't a follower at the time you uploaded it. I can imagine requests are a pain but know you would make a happy man ^^. Also wanted to ask since i sometimes post stuff from you on my youtube channel, do you prefer i link to your blog or not? ( or not post your stuff at all? ) I usually do for blog not updated but never know for active blogs since copyrights owners are more susceptible to find/Strike from youtube than finding a blog.
It all went to hell when the elite kids got into the vinyl game, you know, the ones that drive lamborgini's when they're 18....
Will do all the Contessa's soon, have to dig 'em up first I usually don't do requests because the are thousands of vinyls, thousands of cassettes mostly in storage in boxes...
And you can upload what ever you want :) I'm just putting it out there, but better not link to my blog because well... what you said :)
Alright noted! ( I know i linked at least once before maybe more, will try to track them back and remove it ). Thanks for the Contessa don't bother too much if you can't find them ;) Good continuation to you, and stay healthy!
