Here's an album from Suriname born, Netherlands based singer Oscar Harris, this came out in 1973 and has the funk-banger Relax (Before Doin' Sex) on it. He was always very popular here in Indonesia, even recording songs in Bahasa Indonesia and was performing in Maluku a few months back....
