Chen Fen Lan (born in 1948) is actually a Taiwanese singer who has recorded Mandarin and Taiwanese songs. She is a native of Tainan City and is known as "Taiwan's 美空ひばり Misora Hibari(1937－1989) ". At the age of 8, she made her first album 《The Wish of an Orphan Girl》, which became famous. She came to Japan at the age of 14 and became the first Taiwanese singer to enter the Japanese pop music industry.
